Yes I am serious, why not are you sure!! any non-profit organization you donate too, you can claim on your taxes. remember know all MMJ co-op's / dispenciaries can only run legally as a non-profit organization.
I guess one way to find out for sure, is too get a reciept for your donation.Then claim it on your taxes.I think we can.
