HeadbandOK GUYS, to put an END to Everything here, Headband is one of my favorite strains out there, i'm from Santa Barbara and it's VERY popular there. from all the growers, and all the seedbanks, and all the resources i've ever come accross, the actuality of the origins of HEADBAND are::: OG Kush x Sour Diesel, and then Crossed with Master Kush.

so to reitterate: Sour OG x Master Kush

there you have it, it is NOT northern lights, super skunk etc.

HeadbandThe one I'm smoking on says OG Kush X Sour Diesel... whatever it is, I'm a fan. Right to the head, and quite the powerful toke first thing in the morning. Love the skanky musky taste that hangs in your throat and the immediacy of the cerebral high.

HeadbandWith all these crosses, I wonder if anyone has a "pure" form of any type of strain.

HeadbandI just got some clones of this and they immediately died after transplant and putting them under the HPS.
I also got a few Sour D clones and they all survived and look great after transplant. Its kinda weird because I used the same procedure for both. Is headband a pretty sensitive strain or something?Brown-eyed women and red grenadine...

HeadbandYeah, these actually recovered... I thought they were dead. The 2nd one I got rid of because it took too long to recover and was much smaller. I had a particularly "hot" batch of soil and I didn't flush it first. So, these guys got stunted and some slight nute-burn symptoms. I guess Headband is sensitive to nutes/pH/overwater.... I was told that and I definitely notice it. Originally Posted by lampost Originally Posted by lampost

HeadbandHeadband is a pretty good strain. It's become our flavor of choice, since it doesn't rip out my lady's lungs, has a great pong (though Mr. Nice blows it all out on that count), and has a buzz that works for what ails the both of us.

HeadbandI love headband. Its one of my favorite strains. I love sativas, even though I decided to name myself platinum bubba. I don't know the ratio but I'm pretty sure headband is probably sativa dominant. It is always really potent and awesome looking in my experience. Some of my absolute favorites are Headband, Jack Herer, Sour Diesel, and a recent favorite Sour Band (headband x sour d) which was incredible.
