Nothing, because pot isn't legal to begin with it doesn't matter your age if you're on it. It is not illegal to be stoned it is just illegal to poses marijuana.

EDIT: I don't know if the same rules apply here as they do to the drug testing forum but can he even be on here being under 18?

I don't want to be an ass about the rules here I just want a better understanding of them I guess.
