for your red pepper and water idea should i squeeze the red pepper juice into the water?

Since pepper will not disolve in water you should use the cayenne pepper.Fresh pepper,I've never tried.What kind of peper juice are you going to use?
Just keep it shaken up while you spray it on them. It might be best to use a spray bottle.
