MOTHER PLANTS, HELP!!!!

So im 'babysitting' some mother plants (in rockwool), theyve been fine for a while but now they are drooping, ones gone yellow and they look like theyre gona die

Whats the ideal setup for the mothers, any advice is most welcome, im talking ANY tips at all regarding growing healthy motherplants!! please help me save them
