probation question

hey everyone.
last summer i got into a physical fight with a family member and they pressed charges and I ended up on probation with drug testing. for a while before this incident I had been using marijuana effectively for severe anxiety and other issues. needless to say it has been extremely difficult to keep from smoking. one day i got called to take the test but when i arrived there my name wasnt on the list as it usually is, and so i talked to the cop there about it and he said that after 90 days clean they stop testing you. my name however was off the list because i had failed so many tests and had a surrender hearing scheduled! to make a long story short i ended up back on testing and the hearing came out fine, but im just wondering if that 90 day thing is true and if itd still apply to me. I figured on a site like this someone must have an idea. thanks a lot!

Don't know what the laws are where you live. I would contact your defense attorney and just ask him.
