How often to you water, does the soil ever get dry between waterings, and how large is the pot compared to the height/bushiness of the plant?

Im not sure if this is a normal thing, but this is my first grow. and it seems my plants leaves ( i am in a early veg state) are saggy around time that my lights go off, is this normal? they seem to lift back up in the early evening when the light goes back on, but i am worried that something is wrong. Can anybody help? i am using 4 100 watt CFL's on 18 hours of light Rating: 5
