Question for anyone (KillerWeed looking for you though)
Well you may be seeing the term soluble and getting confused. There are water soluble vitamins like B and C and then there are fat soluble vitamins like A and E. Water soluble vitamins will not accumulate in your system whereas fat soluble vitamins will. There will be a point of diminishing returns by taking too much fiber and you will just have diarrhea. This will be influenced by how much fiber you are getting in your diet to begin with. you should be getting about 30 grams of fiber a day in your diet. 2-4 servings of your powder would be fine. You might could go a little higher.

After working for a company for two years they have started a program where they are going to start random drug testing. Not really sure when this program is going to implemented as they didn't give us much information. I'm right about your size only I'm 6'0 250lbs. I have smoked for about 6 years now almost everyday with about 2-4 times a day of smoking (never a joint or blunt, more like a pinch hitter or a bowl a sitting). I was clean from about Feb Rating: 5
