I'm not sure about the powder but if it was the caps, 6 caps equals 3 grams total fiber with 2 grams of it being soluble. You need to take at least 1 of these servings a day (all 6 caps at once or the equivilent in powder) but you could go as high as maybe 4 servings a day but if you don't have a lot of fiber in your diet, you wouldn't want to start that high.

How much more it shifts the metabolites, I don't know maybe 10% maybe a little higher, I don't have scientific data to give you an exact number. It already starts off with elimination being about 65% liver, 35% kidneys.
