DWC Maintenance?
Deja I tend to "trade water out" rather than doing entire res changes. I'll dump some of the older stuff and and add some new....but rarely when they get big do I dump EVERYTHING and whip up a new batch.
Keep a close eye on your water level......these guys will suck that down like you wont' believe which mean you'll be adding water and/or nute solution fairly regularly to keep the level up where you want it. This will also help keep your nute solution from becoming too old.
Believe me....your nine plants will eat ALOT!
Glad they like it. :thumbsup:Weedhound Reviewed by Weedhound on . DWC Maintenance? Just started doing DWC two days ago. I ran out of room in my Ebb and Flow setup and my plants became root bound and started dying, but they seem to be loving it now. I've got 9 plants sharing a 50 gallon res at 1100 PPM and 5.6-6.2 PPM. I've got three bubble curtains glued to the bottom. What kind of maintenance do you guys do as far as cleaning and changing the res and how often do you do it? Any help is appreciated! Rating: 5
