Oh, man, that sucks! I don't know for sure, but I think they can get you for 'holding information' or something. Just get rid of all weed and paraphernalia.

Last night I was partying with some friends one ended up crashing at my house... he still stayed at my house till after I went to work. 7:00am went to work 10:00am my friend said that a detective came to the house asking for me, the detective knew my friend and confiscated the weed we had... he got about 7grams... so when i found out i called the detective cell that was given... he let my friend go... basically the cop is trying to get us to NARC on our friend and dealer.. of course Rating: 5
