Legal advice please.

Last night I was partying with some friends one ended up crashing at my house... he still stayed at my house till after I went to work.

7:00am went to work

10:00am my friend said that a detective came to the house asking for me, the detective knew my friend and confiscated the weed we had... he got about 7grams...

so when i found out i called the detective cell that was given... he let my friend go... basically the cop is trying to get us to NARC on our friend and dealer.. of course this isn't going to happen... but my friend that gave the weed to the cop..can he still be charged with anything??? the cops already said that if he doesn't cooperate tomorrow they're going to get a warrant for my place and bring dogs through... ive already moved about 15 pipes and bongs out of the house...

but my main concern is... can the cops do anything at this point if we don't cooperate?

Oh, man, that sucks! I don't know for sure, but I think they can get you for 'holding information' or something. Just get rid of all weed and paraphernalia.

If some idiot let the cop in and he found drugs he now has the right to get a search warrant and search every where. Never ever ever EVER let cops in your house. Talk to them outside or tell them you'll meet them a station to talk. He will be able to bust the person that turned the pot over and whoever's name is on the rent receipts.

First, Do not let them in!
When they knock on your door, do not open it!
Ignore them, if they don't have a warrant they can't come in, but they are kind of like dracula, If you invite them in, you are cursed.
They will suck you dry. Call your friend who they are trying to make you narc on and tell him the full story, You can bet that you aren't the only one they are trying to get to fuck him.
If they raid your house and find pot, and leave a ticket, There is a way to send the ticket back to the cop and it causes him to deal with serving it on you again. Then if you are called to court, there is a program on brothersformercy.org that will help you beat any charges they put on you for marijuana.
