The cant do ya for any sort of paraphernalia unless they catch you smoking it or with the bud or hash (or craic lolol) in yer hand... laws differ from uk to ire.. but id say always pretend you know your rights.. if the stop you again and yave got yer pipe on ya.. Just say its your cannabis smoking utensil.. hahaha Done it a few times., be honest tell the coppers the truth.. i think if ya speak to anyperson on a natural level.. without the need for history or value to come into it.. ive never been properly aressted and been caught a few times. ive always told the truth or as close to the truth lolol..never any probs... ive had coppers hand me my smoke back..
