i understand that's what the books say. All I was saying is that in the end, it's up to the justice system. Cops, judges- these guys can screw you at any moment, regardless of what the rules say.. that was my point.

I also live in Canada and we are not normaly sent to are death for smokin a little weed. On Saterday night it was my boyfriends birthday and we went to a club so he could jam with a band he knows.
