    Hey bro,

I can not point you to a good guerilla grow post, but I do have some experience when it comes to successfull guerilla growing. Maybe if you ask some specific questions I could help.

    Wow!
You are planning on camping in with them for the last two months huh? That sounds like a pretty serious op to me. That also breaks my number one rule of sucessfull guerilla planting and that is RULE # 1 - to keep your plots as small as possible.

Have you ever actually finished plants on property other than your own? It sounds to me like your thinking about it but have not really tried it yet.

I think you will have much better success and much lower risk of getting popped if you start thinking about creating several small plots in several different places instead of one big giant live-in FARM that is one huge COP-Magnet.

Hey man I am not trying to criticize your plan but I just do not want to see you start traveling down a path that leads straight to
    Alcatraz.

As far as those Oak trees go, they are not a problem as long as your plots are far enough away from the nearest one to be outside the shade that they cast in the growig season. Remeber that if your plots are not in full unobstructed sun from at least like 10 AM to 4 PM, you will be taking too much risk for too little pay-off.

Good Luck whatever you deecide to do.

im having a hard time finding anyplace to do this. do you have any recommendations for good places to look for? also, i get this dea everytime im on the interstate. does anyone have any opinions for doing grows right off a not too busy section of interstate? i was thinking itd be fairly easy to pull off. pull off to the side of the interstate, leave someone in driver's seat as lookout. then walk to the chosen spot in the forest and just plant. i figure i could do that in about 10 minutes if i haul ass through the woods. by the way this is in the virginia area.
i keep trying to think if this plan is entirely stupid? the risks i see are possibly a state po stopping to ask whats wrong. but then again, they dont ever stop to help anyone much anyways. i know sometimes helicopters pass by, but right off the interstate im thinking those are used mainly for watching traffic and probably not equipped with the right cameras for detection. i dont think that a helicopter would pick up a few scattered plants either.

the reason i feel like this would be a better place than maybe picking a really remote area is there isnt really any reason for anyone to be in the woods by the interstate. another plus is there wouldnt be any hunters.

    Hey man

You are correctly finding out that the hardest part of doing this thing is the finding and preping of good spots.

I can not say if that is a good spot without some more knowlege of the area and without seeing the place, but I do think you are on the right track in looking for places where nobody has any reason of walking in. Sometimes those spots can be really close to other things like roads.

I do not think it is a bad place just because is is close to the interstate or close to anything. It does not have to be in real remote area.

The problem with just running out into a wooded area real quick
is in finding a good spot in the woods that gets full sun and also the fact that it takes a lot longer to dig and prep a hole than you think. Try more like a good hour than 10 minutes.

The solution is to look for areas where land has been cleared and then it has started to re-grow for like 10-15 years. The trees have started to grow back but they are mostly like 15-20 ft tall or less or its mostly tall shrubs or a lot of brush. You can walk out there and without going too far in you can not be seen from the outside. It may be only a few yards from a road or from an interstate or whatever. Just a little shit strip of unused land that nobody is doing anything with right now and nobody has any reason to be out walking in there.

To be honest man, all my spots are pretty close to roads because I am a lazy man, and I do not like to have to walk far from where I can park my truck.

Dig up and turn over the spot real good on a different day before you bring any plants out there. Bring out a small tree saw for taking down small trees needed in order to create a spot that gets full sun and then dig up a big hole in the ground. Add compost, fertilizer, etc.

    good luck

Do what you want man but setting up camp in the middle of a crop is way risky but it would be nice to wake up to the smell of flowering buds in the morning. the leaves and acorns from the oak tree will most likely make the soil around it acidic so bring some lime with you when you first turn over the soil in your grow area. You have to lime the whole area not just the hole you dug. For stealth you should do this right before a rain because the white lime kinda stands out. Good luck, hope you crop is plentifull
