It also happens a lot with me... even if i didnt any physical exercise, and even being an experient smoker... sometimes i experience more than just twitching... look at this post:

Anyways, Ive been smoking weed for a long time now, and Ive never had this problem before, until recently, whenver I smoke alot and get really hi, my muscles start to have spazms, like I just randomly shake, and get twitchy, and I dont know what the fuck is wrong but it gives me an uncomfortable hi.
