Oh, and also guys...I heard that its best to not do ANYTHING physical the night before...because if you do your body excretes that fat cells that are in your system and if there IS anything in there...it will show since you just sent it out of them.

I worked out earlier today...I was just abotu to work out again tonight but I hear thats a bad idea, can anyone confirm this?

any recommendation on how much water to drink before? I have to wake up at 4:30AM and will arrive there at approx. 5:45AM. I probably will not test until 10AM-11AM. I'll have a bottle of water with me...but dont know how much ill be able to drink during this period. I dont want it diluted or they could make me come back right?
