It all depends on your ability to roll, but yeah, generally they do.

The wrap is made of tobacco leaf, it should burn slower and stay lit.
WCS is right rolling skills does play a roll, tighter you can roll the slower it will smoke.
You could also use a thin layer of honey to slow the burning and improve taste.

The slower it burns, the more THC is lost. Blunts are nice here and there, but really not as effective as you think.

alright i have a question about the honey thing...i tried that one time and i don't know if i put to much on there but it never really dried it just was a glossy look. is it dry even if it looks kinda wet? and how much is a thin layer? lust put a tiny bit on my finger and get it all over the wrap or what? thanx and to answer your question yes blunts burn slower but waste more when u hit it. ya know how right after u hit it like a huge cloud of billows up. that is the reason i think it wastes more cuz the cloud is way thicker than a J.

I've never done the honey thing, however, I have put banana "Tobacco" flavouring on my joint. It tasted quite good and it probably slowed the burn.

As for honey, don't bother letting it dry that sort of defeats the purpose of putting it on. If you put too much it will make it kinda harsh to smoke, dab a little on your finger and spread it all over. When I say a thin layer I mean it should be glossy-looking but you shouldn't see any globs of honey or anything.
