Okay, please let me know if i have everything, except the mylar yet.

... 4x cfl soft white 8400 lumens
... 1x cfl daylaight/blue 1300 lumens
... 1x cfl bright white/red 2000 lumens.
... 4x 40 watt fluorescent tubes.
... fan on the plants
... humidifier going
... soon to have mylar for walls..
... running lights 17/7 (suggestions on better light time let me know)

Do i have enough light? and do i want to get rid of any of the other light.. like is it good to have some red and blue cfls?

you should make some reflectors for those cfl's
get yourself some small plastic "shoeboxes"
carefully line the inside of them with the mylar, try to get it as flat as possible.
flip em upside down and cut hole out of the bottom that are the same size as your light fixtures.
voila! reflectors!
also you might want to move those tubes closer to your plants, they're not really adding much to the lumens on the plants.

6 hours is the longest "night" you should give them.
but honestly, with cfl's, you can go 24/0- thats what i do.

well if i switch to 24/0 how will that affect it? will it mature quicker? and if i do it do i just switch to 24/0 or do i have to do it gradually?
