First successful gorwing method... need help

ok so i live in CA
in a middle of nowhere type of town.
ive grown outdoors but never a success....

so this time i wanted to take it to my bedroom.
but cant think of a inexpensive way

i have a entertaintment center that has a glass door cabinet built in.

could i use that....

The glass door is going to be problematic if you don't have a way to fully lightproof it.
Check out a product called panda film that grow shops sell- it is a one-shot growroom liner/lightproofer that reflects on one side and is black on the other. Affix it to the inside of the glass door, and add weatherstripping to make sure the door seats snugly with no light leaks.

You will need to add active exhaust to the cabinet; inline 'duct booster fans' from home dePOT work for this.

Then you will need lights that give off enough lumens but not a lot of heat. CFLs or small tube flouro fixtures, preferably T5 style, work great.

There is a sticky at the top of the Basic section that will help you indoors.

not a big grower.
so alot of what will be said i will have no idea what it means =[

probably the biggest noob you will ever meet hen it comes to terms and growing lol.

so any advice ....

if someone wants i can take a picture of where i want to grow...

Really, you should spend some time poking around this site. There are a lot of really neat cabinet grows- you can see what has and has not worked for people. And the stickies and FAQs are a good place to start. You'll get used to seeing certain grow terms tossed around in context so when you have more specific questions later, you will understand the responses.

You'll need to be able to seal the door to keep light out when you flower the plant. Cannabis can't flower correctly if it is exposed to light during its 'dark time'.

This ^^^ is actually quite a simple method adapted from the old Bushy Old Grower tutorial that used to be on overgrow. But be warned that you may need a bit more room if you want to go up to a HID light for flowering. The same principles apply however.
