The glass door is going to be problematic if you don't have a way to fully lightproof it.
Check out a product called panda film that grow shops sell- it is a one-shot growroom liner/lightproofer that reflects on one side and is black on the other. Affix it to the inside of the glass door, and add weatherstripping to make sure the door seats snugly with no light leaks.

You will need to add active exhaust to the cabinet; inline 'duct booster fans' from home dePOT work for this.

Then you will need lights that give off enough lumens but not a lot of heat. CFLs or small tube flouro fixtures, preferably T5 style, work great.
