One last question to ease my weary mind; Legal consequences of subbing?
I realize this post might belong in the another part of the forum, I thought it might have a home in the legal section as well since this does involve legal consequences. My question is, if someone were somehow caught subbing (synthetic/real pee) for a pre-employment drug test, are there legal consequences? This would pertain particularly to the state of VA. If so, what are the consequences like? I would almost rather go in, try to dilute (which I know will still probably fail) than risk any sort of jail time or legal prosecution by getting busted using the QF I just bought. ADVICE PLEASE!!!
Thanks a lot folks, everyone on these forums are truly helpful and wonderful people!GanjaGuy001 Reviewed by GanjaGuy001 on . One last question to ease my weary mind; Legal consequences of subbing? The least they can do is report it to whomever you are taking the test with. If you are caught at the lab also they will prob make you wait until you do have to go. If you dont end up going while your there, they will document it as refusal to take the test. Their not going to turn it into the police or anything if thats what you are asking.

Have never heard of a single case of getting caught subbing for a pre-employement drug screen and having the cops called.
I think it kind of falls into the area of doctor client priviledge.
