All help is appreciated I realize this post might belong in the testing forum but I thought it might have a home in the legal section as well since this does involve legal consequences. My question is, if someone were somehow caught subbing (synthetic/real pee) for a pre-employment drug test, are there legal consequences? This would pertain particularly to the state of VA.
