If you're like me, you're gonna have to take some serious time off to get your tolerance down... consider taking off as much time as you've smoked daily. So if you've smoked every day for 6 months, take 6 months off cannabis. If you do that I guarantee you're tolerance will go WAY down.. I took 13 years off after building up a big tolerance from smoking every day throughout the day for years. Now my tolerance is very low again. ;-)

Seriously though, why smoke everyday when you know its gonna result in tolerance? Unless you're a medical patient, my advice is to learn to enjoy life with or without weed . . . then when you do enjoy cannabis you can truly experience and appreciate it for what it is. My opinion is, if you can't appreciate life in general (without cannabis) you won't fully appreciate life with cannabis.

If you can't (or won't) stop smoking for more then a month or so, then stop for however long you can and then when you start back try using only every other day or 3 times a week or something.

Oh, and also you might want to consider vaporizing... smoking extreme amounts of anything is very bad for your lungs. Perhaps you will be able to handle inhaling more of the drug and holding it in longer if you go easier on your lungs.

It's sunday night, and I'm smoking. But as of tomorrow, I'm going to quit for a whole week. If on Friday, I don't get high as hell, I'm going to shit a brick.

Does anybody else have the same problem? Has anybody tried quitting to reduce tolerance? I'm hoping it works, and please wish me luck on the worst week of my life
