Pain when smoking?

sometimes if i been smokin all day since i first get up till late at night, ill take a huge ass bong rip and it will feel like someone is squeezin my head for a few secs. goes away though. Just some slight pain

my head pounds like hektik sometimes.....now to the question....are you using too much lighter? the fuel in butane lighters can cause headaches if you use too much of it....or if your flame is too high....

i get the same thing sometimes, try taking long naps or tylenol before smoking up.

okay... I don't think I can use too much lighter, because I usually smoke joints. I can understand the pain if i'm using a pipe, which I do sometimes, but usually it's a joint. I dont' think there were any stems in the one I smoked just recently, because I broke it up myself. I really dont' understand this because it's like the worst pain ever and it lasts for a long time. I can't find anything about it online at the moment either. Anyway I think I will try taking a break and then smoking less next time I smoke, although I havent been smoking a large amount anyway.

Yeah it's either some shitty weed, or too much butane. Also what some people were saying about stop smoking for a while might be a good idea. And if you're smoking resin at all, man sometimes that gives me a major headache afterward lol. I like a good resin high occasionally but they will give some people headaches. But for me personally, the high of the resin is worth it. ^_~

I get the same sort of headaches lately, when I smoke.
I think its a mild allergy forming, I dont know.
