Computer problem (internet related): Can anybody help?

Hi all. I'm having a weired problem since I got my computer fixed, with the whole harddrive formatted (which I've managed to fill up again, mostly). Everything is working in tip-top shape, except when I try to go to Yahoo.

I always used Yahoo as my home page; it's where I keep my e-mail and the such. But now every time I go to yahoo.com, whether on Mozilla or IE, only 2 lines of text show up, and then my browser completely freezes! I've gone to yahoo.com on other computers and it works just fine. I've also done a thorough malware scan (the area of computers I'm fully competent in), and there's definately no infection.

What could be causing this?

Do other websites work fine?

Id guess something weird in your cache, clean it out along with all your cookies. Other than that.. thats just weird. Do you use my yahoo? Theyve got some new formatting that is pretty lame on slower computers.
