Chief don't do that. If you even bothered reading the sticky threads in the drug testing forum you would know why. They are there to offer information for users that are misinformed. So please refrain from giving people advise that won't do anything for them.

Taking Niacin (especially that much) the day before the test will do nothing but make you uncomfortable. Niacin does not help you pass drug tests and it never will.
