if you want more stories read the substitution sticky.. might help you get more educated on this too but there are a few stories from people using it and so far i believe it's had a 100% success rate.

I have abstained from smoking since Thursday Feb 28th (and its been HELL) because I have a pre-employment drug test coming up for a new job that I really need.
