Does weight effect tolerence?

Tolerance does not solely depend upon weight; however, it is a factor.

As with any chemical, if a specified amount of THC is dispersed evenly in a medium, it will have a higher concentration if the ratio of chemical to medium is smaller. Therefore, yes, weight can affect tolerance, even though it is not the only thing that can.

Hmmmm, I've noticed that the fatter the bud the more effect I feel, the skinnier the less effect..........

It effects a lot..when i was 130lbs my high wud last longer and now im 170lbs it doesnt effect me as much the high isnt as strong and doesnt last long.

I would think weight would.. as THC is fat soluble. I do know that it takes longer to flush THC out of your system the heavier you are, so you would think that would build up resistance and tolerance easier as well.

I guess that would be a good motivator to hit the gym! HAH. :jointsmile:

Hmm, Well I'm 185 pounds and i get high really easily. I think part of this might be the fact that I almost always cough when blazing. :stoned:

However I think when you ingest cannabis the weight factors in a lot, similar to alcohol.

First time I smoked was October '06 but I started smoking much more often (3-7 times a week) in the summer of '07... Once school started in Sept I've been doing it 1-4 times a week. With the occasional week long binge on holidays. :jointsmile:
