Hey Gotmud and welcome.

Ditch the tinfoil super fast!

Flat white paint is much more reflective and is cheap. Mylar is cool too, but paint = cheap and easy

Are those 23 watt CFL's I am assuming?

Yea, you are good on spectrums.. higher bue for veg, higher red for flower (or all red for flower)

The one red bulb you have in veg should help stem growth, but can also cause some stretching, while the blue encourages more bushiness.

Keep your CFLs just 2-5 inches from the plants if you can, I cannot tell how far they are on the pic.. but you prolly got it

When you transplant (if you are going to) fill the pot all the way to the brim with soil.. better for airflow, less fungus/mold, more soil for plant...

The gals look great, keep us updated
