Are these nutrients worth using

Schultz plant food 10-15-10, and root simulator & starter solution 5-15-5....please let me know if these nutes are good enough to use...or did i just waste (lil) money..

I've known some that have grown with worse stuff. Though far from ideal you could use the 10-15-10 but use at 1/4 strength. Usually way too strong the way it comes.
