one month old females/ pink hairs instead of white??????

If roots are growing out the bottom of the pot its def. time to transplant. They definately look ready, the rule of thumb is to have a gallon of soil for every inch of plant height. When do you think you'll start flowering?

I'm going to transplant today, and as for flowering, when do you guys think i should start to flower.i'm going to let them vegg for another 2 weeks anyway in the bigger pots to try to get some branch growth..
