Sounds like you should be good. You might of drank too many fluids but you should be OK.:thumbsup:

The last time I smoked was march 9th,so that was around 17 or 18 days ago. Before March 9th I would smoke about once a week(if that) . I am 6"3 265 lbs and I work out vigorously 5 times a week. On Mondays I run on the elliptical for and hour, and tues thru fri I weight train for an hour and run on the elliptical for 30 to 45 mins.
