    Identify Bubbles please

This morning I harvested 2 more plants.

On the bottom , in the back , I found these bubbles and a bud that looks to be rotting.

    Is this a bug larva?
If so what type and what do I need to do to assure all eggs are gone from flower room?

It is just on this one bud of the 3 plants I harvested so far.
    The crop looks great!
Thanks for helping make this possible!
    Thank You

Bug egg mass. Similar to a 'spittlebug'. Google 'spittlebug eggs' and you will see. Manually remove the egg mass, rinse the bud under cold water if anything is still clinging to it, shake it dry as best you can, and hang as normal.

Yah yah, do all that stuff... and then burn the egg mass just to spite the little bastards for having the audacity to be laid there.
