hello, how do i use this thing?

Hi everyone! I've been online lurking too long, so I figured I'd say hello. I am trying to figure out how to im someone on this board, can't seem to figure that one out. Also, how do I linkback(sp?)? I wanted to include one post's link in another, but am at a loss.

Anyway, I have to give mad props to the moderators on this site!:thumbsup:
