You might try picking up some metamucil. I would get yourself some cheap thc strips off ebay and test yourself every couple of days. And I would go ahead and pickup some QF just in case. That way you can practice with getting the temp right and be prepared if you have to go that way.

I picked up some home test strips and i'm still testing dirty. I'm 250 and I'm not very active, but would be willing to start up today. I've been thinking about a sub but I'm just worried about the temp. I have no problem buying that unirator w/ quick fix. Has anyone used it?.
