I took a pre-employment urine test 7 days ago to be analyzed by Quest Diagnostics, for a company that already gave me an offer and a start date in the future. I have not heard back from the company in these 7 days since my test (will be 8 days tomorrow).

My question: Is it safe to assume that all went well with the drug test now? I feel like they should have seen the results and notified me if something was wrong by now. Any input and help is greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.
