I would be honest with the doctor about it. I have high blood pressure and take enalapril for it. My blood pressure doesn't go up when I smoke but my pulse will go up little.

It was caused by lifting, taking suppliments (wayyy to much), and not breathing correctly. I have been put on medicine and my average bloodpressure is about 140/85. SO my main question... I love to smoke, but when i smoke i tend to feel a little weird and my blood will rush like niagra falls sometimes. SO i decided to take my bloodpressure while stoned. It read 170/90.
