I am pretty sure this problem can be resolved by adjusting PH better and keeping it at 6.0 but I was just curious of what kind of problem this deficiency is and how its cured ? See picture..Thank You

Looks like high pH. You in hydro? Get it down in range and that crinkle should clear up on the new growth.

It looks like you have a plant in a container. Do you hand water? If using a soiless mixture I would go with a PH of 6.5 Much lower and you may see mag. def.
