How do they all work differently?
As to how they can all be different- think about a basic cake recipe- a little more of this or that can change the whole nature of the cake! More butter and less liquid will get you cookies, or add more of a flavor (chocolate or lemon) and it's a totally different cake.
Cannabis is the same way. The basic recipe is there, but each plant has its own variation on the recipe. THC and CBD aren't the only "ingredients". I know that you have your head and body highs and that THC lands in their own receptors in your brain causing your body to send out signals that can ease pain and what not.
