How moist do you like your bud to be?

Hmm, in making this post, I thought there'd be a bit more diversity between what everyone likes.

I'm rather happily surprised because, well, I really wasn't expecting this kind of consistency. However, that makes things easy for me because there's too many other variables that I am looking at playing with in order to get the perfect smoking experience. Knowing that everyone else likes it dry and crumbly too is a good thing. :jointsmile: In the end, it's all about how good the smoke is.

Also, moist bud gets STUCK in my grinder, wtf? Anyone else noticed that? Not even really moist bud, just a little bit more than normal.

I know that you can place a piece of apple or an orange peel into a jar of bud to get the marijuana to absorb moisture, but does anyone know how moist is too moist and allows for the growth of mold? Also, from my experience, grinding the weed up and leaving it in your jar like that creates a large surface area : mass ratio, which allows for greater moisture loss. Gotta be dry, but not to dry that it turns in to powder..
