That's your problem right there.

-Pre fertilized soils are WAY too 'hot' for tiny plants. You gotta wait until the first transplant at ~2-3 weeks before you should even consider using them, and even then, you'll want to just go with plain potting soil- those time-release ferts can wreak havoc with your fertilizing routine later!

-No added nutes until you've got a good solid 4-5 sets of adult leaves.

-Next time, start the plant in a much smaller pot- the seedling really only needs about 60-100 mL of soil volume for the fest couple weeks of life, using nice fine unfertilized seedling soil, and then after that- BAM- into the rich stuff!
