What kind of soil is that?
What products are you currently using?
    What kind of light?

    Hmmm.
That should be more than enough nutes.
It could be under watering, but it doesn't look like they're wilting.
How well are your temps controlled?
Did you sprout your seeds before planting?
Are you using any root growth hormone or Micorrizhae?

during the "day" period it stays around 75, at night no lower than 67. and yes sprouted from seeds. no hormones, just nutes and water

You could have poor root growth. I'd try a little rootone, and some micorrhizae.
