Pre-employment screen for job with hospital?

Hello all - I have a pre-employment drug screen for a job I am applying for with a hospital. Does anyone have any experience with a drug screen associated with employment at a hospital? Just wondering if the procedures are any different than other types of work settings, etc. I am planning on using the substitution method with Quick Fix, but i am a little nervous that they will observe me when providing the sample since it is for a job with the hospital. Also, I am worried that since it is a hospital, they will have more detailed/stringent testing methods and could possibly detect the fact that the sample is synthetic? Any input would be greatly appreciated!

If you get quickfix they won't be able to tell (again this is just speaking from the 100% success rate that i've seen on this board).

This is the only experience i can give you about hospital testing and it may be completely different for applying for a job.

After getting busted and going to court, part of my sentence was to get a AODA drug evaluation, basically go to a hospital, tell them my history, and they would send me to some bullshit class to make a few bucks off me.

Well they gave me two drug tests (one and then a week later).

I ended up pissing clean and did not need to use any of the methods.. But i'll tell you compared to the stories on this board it was the most lax test .

    During my first test they:
    1) Never told me to empty my pockets
    2) took me to a bathroom and shut the door and did not observe
3)The sink was on and the toilet water was not colored blue

    During my second test they:
    1) Did everything from the first test again (no pocket check etc)

But I didn't have to go to the bathroom so they told me to drink like 5 glasses of water and take the test.

This was coming from Mayo Clinic which is considered to be one of the if not THEE best hospital in the fricken world.
