As i've said before, the probation officers where i live really have better things to do. If you're on just a phone call basis with your PO I think you're in the clear. They put you on that because you're the least of their concern.

A word of caution, if you plan on smoking all the time from now on and not staying clean, they could put you back on supervised probation if you violate by having run ins with the law and you can be damn sure dropping you will be one of the first things they do.
