Hi all! Suppose I want to clone a plant... I must take cuttings during veg phase, but then I don't have a (big) veg room, or I could make it, but I don't want to spend eletricity for the added Wattage.
So I was thinking about 2 options:

1 Clones in stasis in the fridge: They say I can keep it for 8 weeks. I'll keep them in the fridge for 5-6 then take 'em out to root and put them in the grow room as soon as the occupying plant is harvested (8weeks, right?)

2 Clones in vegetative stasis: to root (4-5 of 'em) them i have to put them on like 20W of fluoros 18-6. That i could afford. My question is: can I keep them under that LOW light for something like 2 months? I want them to grow VERY little or even not at all... But they must stay fit enough to grow well in veg room.

There's also a 3...

3 Take cutting 4 weeks into flowering (i.e. 4 weeks after start 12/12). As far as i have read this takes forever and rooting is not granted at all, hermies probable... etc etc...

What do you suggest? I could even try all 3... But it's a micro grow so I don't think i'll be able to take millions of cutting at the end of veg phase...

Thanks all
