Is it too early to add nutrients?

:question:This is my first grow. At the moment they are only displaying 4 leaves however I was thinking about adding nutrients to help them along. If I do will I harm them? Or is it OK?

4 leaves.. way too early. You want to wait at least 2-3 weeks and then start with 1/4 strength dosage of nutes or less.

Wait till there's a few alternating nodes.

give it another week before you begin VERY dilute nutrient treatments.

more plants suffer from too much than from to little...

They don't need anything but water at this point; however a very mild 1/4 or less strength nutrient will no harm them.
