    Is this normal while vegging?

    Hey all,
Just wondering about this, is it normal in veg.
    A little background,

Seeds germed late Nov, started in very small pots, transplanted a total of 4 times from a 4 inch, to gallon, to 3 gallon, to now 7 gallons.
    Strain is outdoor skunk #1.
Showed preflowers very quickly I think, and they are now in flower for about 3 days, so I just started.
Since about Jan, they have been lst'd pretty well, they are all of about 10 inches high, but they are huge due to the training. They just look like they are on a screen, but they aren't. They have been on Bontincare Pro Blend Grow, plus calmag, plus LK every whenever I use it. All mixed with RO, ph'd to 6.8 for feeding. They get watered with plain, or with just lk 1 time every week, and fed 1 time a week. They seem very healthy I couldn't be happier!

Here's the question, the flowers started getting pretty dense in Jan and the tops of the main colas before I put them into flower were already 2 to 3 inches long and an inch or so thick from all the individual flowers that all grew together into big bud clumps. The side shoots are not as big, but very close, they are all just slightly smaller. They were under 2 400 watt MH for 18-6 since they were germd. Also they were already stinking, and had very shiny silvery trichs on bud leaves, while training and tying, fingers were getting sticky and fragrant? Is this all normal, these plants are doing all this while in veg? Could it have something to do with how long I vegged them? I apologize if it is normal, I am the new guy, I just don't know, I just have to ask. Don't get me wrong, I don't think it is a problem, but would just like to know if other more experienced growers could give me some insight into this or let me know what or why it happened and if there are any issues that I should be concerned about.
(I can't imagine this is a bad thing though!)

I can't wait to see what happens once these things get switched over and are really flowering!

Yeah, I hate it when my plants grow pot.

Let me get this straight, you vegged for ~3 months? The lady started flowering in January with 18/6 light? Huh?

    Please post pics ASAP!

Yes, they will start flowering eventually. How long they go until this happens depends on several fators including genetics and stress level.

Is there a potential downside to this? I mean is it a sympton of something bad? Or do I just need to be happy about it and not worry?
Just thought that it was wierd, they are developed really really well, and from the pics that I have seen here, I hadn't seen anything that looked like that in veg.
They are way beyond just a preflower the size of a dime, the node spacing was pretty short, and like I said, before I even switched them they were already looking pretty yummy.

I did nearly kill them a few times when they were very young, so it could be from stress? That's not good, are they likely to herm should I go get some reverse!?:wtf:
