It's much easier to control with a waterfall bong. Gravity bongs run the risk of pulling just that tad bit too hard and letting the suction break and the vacuum lost. You don't have to worry about that with waterfalls. With gravity bongs, my point about the nasty water, is that you can sometimes get that in your mouth when you take the hit, very nasty when a few people have hit it before you.

In most cases (depending upon how big you make it) g-bongs are a two man job. One to light, one to lift. Very hard to do by yourself with a large container as you need steady hands to pull it up safely when there's a lot of force in the opposite direction due to the gravity of the water against the vacuum. Waterfall bongs easily need one person for however large you choose your container.

It is the same concept, I like both. I just think that waterfall bongs offer more ease and control. Gravity bongs are a bit of a hassle to me. But I do like both. Each to his own. If you like g-bongs more, more power to you. :thumbsup:
