its basically a plastic bottle which u drill 2 holes in it, one on the cap for a bowl, and one on the bottom. fill the bottle with water, screw on the cap, let the water flow out of the bottom hole and light your bowl. lots of people do it over a sink, but i just use a big cup to catch the water and re-use it.
